Permission to Play is for Creative Wallflowers — women who love the idea of making art but have been talked out of it. The goal here is never what you make. It's how it feels to make it.
Hi, I'm Cindy!
I'm building this because I need it and can't find it anywhere else.
I spent twenty years making art while still feeling like an impostor in every class I took. I compared my work to everyone else's. I saved my good supplies for when I got better.
Eventually I found gel printing — and eventually I understood that my problem was never skill. It was permission. That's what I'm here to give back.
You were always allowed.
